Specialized dental practice seeking dedicated Dental Assistant in San Jose, CA

We are searching for an experianced dental assistant whom is crosstrained for front office as well.  

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in treatment
• Turn over and set-up rooms for treatment
• Streilization
• Keep rooms stocked at all times and alerting head RDA when supplies are low to be ordered
• Take dental x-rays, CBT scans, and digital scans with Trios 5 5 intraoral scanner
• Help hygienists with x-rays, perio charting, turn over rooms, stocking, ect.
• Assist front office as needed scheduling, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, insurance follow-up, ect. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations

Flexable work schedule Mon - Thurs 7:45am to 5pm. This posistion can be 3-4 days as desired. 

Benefit package will depend on schedule desired by applicant. Possible partial health insurance covered by employer.  5 annual paid sick days and paid vacation based on applicants schedule preferance. 9 annual paid holidays.
