Dental Assistant/Sterilizer

We are a busy, modern orthodontic office in Orange County looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, organized, and interested in learning orthodontics in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Sterilization of instruments and maintaining sterilization area (OSHA compliant)

• Setting up and breaking down operatories

• Efficient room turnover and stocking supplies

• Assisting chairside as needed

• Taking photos/scans/records depending on experience

• Supporting clinic flow to keep the schedule running smoothly

• Following all infection control protocols (OSHA/HIPAA)

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Dental/ortho experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
