What You’ll Do As a Dental Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering preventive and restorative care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Your daily work will include: Providing restorative treatments such as fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies/pulpectomies, and pediatric extractions (within scope of practice) Performing preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Educating patients on oral hygiene and guiding them toward better oral health Collaborating with our dentist and team to create comprehensive treatment plans Maintaining detailed clinical notes and patient records Staying current on CE and emerging best practices in dentistry What We Offer Competitive pay: $55.00–$60.00 per hour base pay with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system Flexible scheduling: 22.5 to 37.5 hours/week No weekends, no evenings Paid time off + holiday pay Paid sick days 401(k) with matching $2000 annual CE reimbursement Supportive, collaborative, and fun work culture A genuine focus on work-life balance Sign On Bonus up to $2000 Mentorship from an owner truly invested in your success.
