If you're positive, professional, and passionate about helping people feel confident in their smiles, you’re in the right place. ✨ What We’re Looking For: + Orthodontic assisting experience + Kind, gentle chairside manner and amazing communication skills + A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail + Quick learner who’s willing to be trained in our unique BOCA approach + Comfortable in a fast-paced, modern clinical setting + Familiarity with digital scanning, Invisalign, or clear aligners + Experience with iTero and digital records + Interest or experience in social media and aesthetics + Someone looking for part-time (~1-2 days/week) ✨ Why BOCA?
