Embrace Orthodontics in Independence and Odessa is seeking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. Qualifications: Past Treatment Coordinating Experience Desired. Sale experience is a big plus. Orthodontic training is highly encouraged This position will involved the following duties: Taking records for patients; scan, photos, X-rays, impressions, presenting treatment, checking in and out patients, charting of patient procedures, calling dental offices and patient as needed. Obtaining insurance information and verifying benefits. Scheduling patient comfort visits and answering the phone on admin day attending to various patient needs Follow up on past due account balance.
