Compensation – Provider Pay Model (6-Hour Clinical Day) Base Pay: $60/hour 6-hour day = $360 guaranteed daily base PLUS 25% of daily production over $1,440 This means your income grows as your clinical impact grows. Example Daily Earnings: $1,440/day production → $360/day $2,000/day production → $500/day $2,500/day production → $625/day $3,000/day production → $750/day Three strong clinical days per week can generate a powerful income — without working five long days.
