Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, adjustments, and appliances Provide confident, efficient chairside support in a fast-paced ortho setting Prepare operatories and maintain smooth clinical flow Take X-rays, photos, and digital records Educate patients on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations Support patient comfort and create a positive experience from start to finish Travel to the Yakima location as needed to support the team Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Active Washington State dental assistant license required Previous orthodontic assisting experience required Strong chairside skills and comfort managing a full ortho schedule Professional, patient-focused communication style Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented Willingness to travel to Yakima when needed
