Responsibilities Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator (Hybrid Role) Location: Ontario, CA Practice Type: General Dentistry We are a friendly, fast-paced dental practice seeking a reliable bilingual (Spanish and English) Dental Assistant with a great attitude who is also comfortable with front office and receptionist duties. This is a hybrid position requiring flexibility between clinical and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Back Office / Clinical Chairside assisting (general dentistry procedures) Room setup and breakdown Sterilization and infection control Taking and processing X-rays Assisting with patient flow and comfort Front Office / Reception Checking insurance eligibility and benefits Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule Answering phones and greeting patients Verifying patient information Basic administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Dental Assistant experience and proper licensing required Front office dental experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dental insurance (PPOs, eligibility, breakdowns) Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Schedule & Compensation: Full-time only âmust be available Saturdays Competitive pay based on experience This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being involved in both patient care and front office operations.
