Dental Treatment Coordinator - Odessa Family Dental - Odessa, MO

We are a busy, growing general dentistry and implant practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator with strong sales and communication skills. This role focuses on presenting and closing high-value treatment plans (often $40,000+), following up with leads, and scheduling consultations. Dental experience is a plus but NOT required. We are primarily looking for someone with a background in consultative or high-ticket sales who is comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through big decisions. Success in this role depends more on confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to clearly communicate value than on clinical background.
