Oral Surgery Dental/Surgical Assistant - Full Time - Kansas City Surgical Arts - Kansas City, MO

We are looking for a full time dental/surgical assistant for a busy oral surgery office near Liberty, MO. Duties include taking x-rays, patient education on pre/post operative instructions, seating patients, prepping patients for surgery, assisting the doctors during surgery, sterilization of surgical equipment, stocking rooms/supplies, patient charting, cleaning operatories, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a team player with a great can-do attitude and the ability to proficiently multi-task with incredible attention to detail. Candidate must possess great communication skills. Certificate is preferred but will train the right candidate - MUST have experience in dental/medical assisting and a current BLS certification (experience in phlebotomy/iv's would be ideal). This position is Monday-Friday(one day off during week) with excellent benefits. Pay is commensurate to experience.
