Dental Assistant - Chesterfield Dental Studio - St. Louis, MO

Saint Louis Dental Studio is looking for a dedicated and skilled (DA) to enhance our dental team. As an DA, you will play a critical role in assisting with various dental procedures and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Experience with X-rays, 3D scanners, Dentrix. Prior Dentrix experience a must. Responsibilities: Assist the Dentist: Support the dentist during a range of treatment procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for dental work, providing a comfortable and reassuring environment. X-Ray Imaging: Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the dental clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment, addressing inventory needs as required. Office Tasks: Perform various office tasks and administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the clinic. Assist Hygiene : As a team, we expect everyone to chip in to keep the day running smoothly and prevent stressful experiences. Hygiene will need help irregularly and should be done without being asked. Assisted hygiene occurs Monday and Friday. Experience: Preferred: Previous experience in a dental assisting role, particularly in a busy clinical setting.
