Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general and cosmetic dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all required supplies are available Accurately document medical histories, vital signs, and treatment notes using Eaglesoft Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA regulations Greet and prepare patients, manage chair flow, and ensure a positive patient experience Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Qualifications Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification, current CPR certification Previous experience in a general dentistry setting Ability to safely perform dental X-rays Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Compassionate, professional approach to patient care Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
