Orthodontic Assistant - Poway Pediatric Dentistry - Poway, CA

We are a high-tech paperless (Eaglesoft and Dolphin) pediatric and orthodontic dental office in Poway in need of a highly motivated individual to come aboard as a part time orthodontic assistant. The person would be working only two to three days per week, as those are our orthodontic day. We offer competitive pay, starting at 22$ and negotiable based on experience. We want someone who takes pride in their work ethics and in providing the highest quality of care for their patients. The team member is responsible for performing all aspects of orthodontic specialty patient care, including but not limited to taking records, xrays and photos, used of the ITero Scanner, helping doctor with bonding, banding and aligner attachment procedures, tying and untying orthodontic wires, Impressions, oral hygiene and appliance instructions. Clinical duties include: orthodontic assisting, impressions, tying and untying of wires for patients. RDA, orthodontic experience, and/or OA permit (orthodontic permit) required.
