Monday: 7:45am - 4:00pm Tuesday: 7:45am - 4:00pm Wednesday: 8:45am-5:00pm Thursday: 7:45am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:45am - 4:00pm Saturday: Off Sunday: Off Responsibilities: Our Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to): Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures Ability to learn insurance benefits and dental claim processing Manage patient documents and records Process and complete claim forms Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules Demonstrate proper phone etiquette Participates and contributes to a positive work environment Qualifications: Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed! Open to those with no dental experience or working in a customer service role in another industry Excellent customer service skills Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
