Senior Orthodontic Assistant – Airway-Focused Practice - Untethered Airway Health Center - Brookfield, WI

This is not a general orthodontic assisting position. Untethered Airway Health Center is seeking a highly experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our airway-focused dental and orthodontic practice. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who values precision, patient education, and long-term health outcomes. We focus on airway, function, growth, and overall health—not high-volume, assembly-line orthodontics. Why Join Untethered Airway Health Center Airway-focused orthodontics with meaningful, long-term patient impact One modern, organized location in Brookfield, WI Consistent 35–40 hour workweek Highly structured systems and strong team communication A practice that values experience, leadership, and clinical excellence Clear opportunities for professional growth and advancement Key Responsibilities: Assist with airway-focused orthodontic treatment for children and adults Insert and manage RPEs, Invisalign cases, and fixed appliances (braces) Adjust archwires; remove and reinsert wires independently Capture high-quality intraoral and extraoral photographs Obtain and process CBCT scans Fabricate and deliver clear retainers Educate patients and families on treatment and oral hygiene Maintain efficient, well-organized operatories Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA standards at all times Qualifications: 3+ years of orthodontic assisting experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic adjustments Strong clinical confidence and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Interest in airway-focused care and continued learning X-ray and CPR certification preferred Schedule: 35–40 hours per week Consistent, predictable schedule One Brookfield, WI location Compensation & Benefits: $26–$30 per hour, based on experience 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid continuing education and training Health insurance stipend Benefits available for immediate family Supportive, growth-oriented team culture How to Apply: To be considered, please follow the instructions below.
