WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A DENTAL ASSISTANT - RDA: Assist the doctor chairside during pediatric dental procedures Perform coronal polishing Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Handle general maintenance of the dental back office Help create a positive, stress-free experience for every child WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE: Experience in dental assisting (pediatric experience preferred) RDA license (preferred) Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children Are you who we're looking for?
