If you’re the person who walks into a room and makes it better—this is for you. *MUST HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE* What you’ll do: You’ll be a key part of delivering lux Micro-Esthetic experiences. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for Micro-Esthetics procedures (smile design, veneers, bonding, whitening, etc.) Patient experience excellence: warm welcomes, confident guidance, calming presence Clinical set-up + breakdown with precision, speed, and cleanliness Instrument processing + sterilization (by the book, always) Photography support (intraoral/extraoral) and documentation (preferred; we can train) Lab + case support: impressions/scans, temporaries, shade matching, case prep coordination Team flow support: anticipating needs, keeping rooms running smoothly, proactive communication Who you are You’re not just checking tasks off—you’re building something.
