We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental practice as our long-time RDA is retiring . This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a lead assistant position and support both the clinical team and patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist dentists during restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic and orthodontic procedures Perform four-handed dentistry Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental X-rays and CBCT scans Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment care, and oral hygiene Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Proficiency with Dentrix Experience with X-rays and CBCT Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
