This position is full-time: Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM What you’ll be responsible for: Creating a warm, personalized welcome for every hygiene patient. Building lasting relationships by reinforcing trust, education, and continuity of care. Explaining preventive care, periodontal health, and treatment value with confidence. Managing a strategic hygiene schedule that maximizes recare, appointment time, and utilization while minimizing gaps. Proactively filling openings without sacrificing appointment quality. Maintaining a healthy recall system and reactivating overdue patients. Reviewing charts, X‑rays, and treatment notes before appointments. Participating in morning huddles and team meetings and assisting front‑office operations when needed.
