Our small practice thrives on long-standing relationships with our patients and is now seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time dental hygienist to join our family. You’ll be working alongside one dentist, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. About Our Practice: We are fully digitized with Dentrix and Carestream software to streamline our operations and enhance patient care. Our patients are not just numbers; they are part of our family, and we take pride in delivering personalized and gentle dental hygiene services. Position Details: We are looking for a hygienist to cover two days per week 9 AM to 5 PM with a lunch from 1 PM to 2 PM. Currently the two days per week are flexible. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to dedicate approximately 45 minutes to each cleaning. This practice provides a fully supportive work environment, complete with personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Key Responsibilities: - Perform dental cleanings and promote oral health education - Utilize Dentrix for patient management and record-keeping - Build rapport with patients and ensure a comfortable experience Qualifications: - Current dental hygiene license - Proficiency in Dentrix is essential - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: We value our team and offer competitive, well-above average compensation ranging from $60 to $70 per hour.
