Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in providing high-quality general dental care. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient comfort. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions Provide a range of dental treatments, including restorative procedures, extractions, and root canal therapy Develop and explain individualized treatment plans Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists and assistants Accurately document patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into care Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active and valid California dental license 1-2 years of experience or residency Strong knowledge of oral anatomy and dental procedures Experience in general dentistry; endodontics and oral surgery experience preferred Proficiency in aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment Familiarity with dental office workflows and software (Eaglesoft preferred) Benefits Flexible schedule Parental leave Professional development assistance Commute Requirement Must be able to commute to El Cajon, CA 92020 Job Type: Part-time Pay: $158,523.47 - $230,728.33 per year Expected hours: 7 â 24 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
