Registered Dental Assistant (RDA / RDAEF) – Minimum 10 Years Experience We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA or RDAEF) to join our practice. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience as an RDA or RDAEF Strong knowledge of fabricating high-quality temporary restorations Proficient in cord packing and assisting with crown and restorative procedures Experience using iTero for digital scanning Working knowledge of Eaglesoft, including charting and clinical documentation Accurate and thorough clinical charting Skilled in chairside assisting and proper instrument handling Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control Experience cementing temporaries using TempBond and properly cleaning the area Familiar with bleaching and whitening procedures Knowledge of Invisalign is a plus Patient & Office Skills: Friendly, professional, and punctual Excellent chairside manner with the ability to explain procedures clearly Able to motivate and educate patients to feel comfortable and confident accepting treatment Comfortable answering phones and assisting with scheduling when needed Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Job Type: Part-time Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
