About the Role David Eshom DDS is seeking a motivated, organized, and growth-oriented individual to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Owner Doctor, Dr. Eshom , while also supporting our dental team as needed. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in the dental field who wants exposure to both the clinical and administrative sides of a modern dental practice. This role is ideal for dental assisting new grads , individuals with dental assisting experience , or anyone with dental office experience who wants to expand their skills into management, operations, and practice development .
