We’re looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for an RDA who is confident assisting in surgical/implant procedures and comfortable supporting a modern digital workflow . We’re a collaborative, high-standard practice—team attitude matters as much as skill. Requirements Active RDA license (as required by state) 5+ years of dental assisting experience Surgical assisting experience (implants/oral surgery preferred) Experience with digital dentistry workflows (scanning, digital records, case coordination, etc.) Strong communication, reliability, and a team-player mindset Responsibilities (including normal RDA duties) Chairside assisting across procedures; set-up/turnover/sterilization Assist with surgical procedures (instrumentation, asepsis, patient support) Support digital workflow (intraoral scans, digital documentation, lab communication as needed) Take X-rays (per certification), update charting/clinical notes, patient education Stocking, operatory readiness, and helping the team stay on schedule What We Offer Competitive hourly pay $24–$28/hr + Monthly Performance Bonus (500$ -750$/ month) Health insurance 401(k) with matching Paid leave / PTO To Apply: Reply with your resume and a short note about your surgical assisting and digital workflow experience.
