A well-established, patient-centric private endodontic office in Colorado Springs has an immediate need for a committed and efficient Clinical Assistant to join our team. The assistant supports endodontic dental care delivery by offering chairside procedure assistance, sterilization, dental imaging, and patient care. Our ideal candidate is naturally upbeat, possessing time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively while preserving a positive teamwork environment. Responsibilities: Set up rooms with instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide pre and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records and chartings for the doctor Able to assist in Endo surgeries Skills Proven experience as dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Additional certification or training is an asset (EFDA, EDDA, RDA, CDA, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dependent health insurance coverage Employee discount Health insurance Loan repayment program Paid sick time Paid time off License/Certification: Certified Dental Assistant/ RDA (or equivalent) License (Required) X-Ray Certification (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
