The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophy, perio maintenance, SRP) Utilize laser therapy for periodontal treatment when indicated Place Arestin and other localized antimicrobial agents as prescribed Take digital X-rays and periodontal charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical team to support treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure a positive, comfortable patient experience Requirements: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Experience with laser dentistry (required) Experience placing Arestin (required) Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality care Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a busy dental office Bilingual (Spanish) a plus We offer a supportive team environment, modern technology, and the opportunity to grow with a well-established practice.
