Who We're Looking For Dr. Jon Marashi’s world-renowned cosmetic dental practice is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our elite clinical team one day per week (Tuesday's). This role is designed for a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering meticulous care to a discerning, high-profile clientele. The ideal candidate values artistry, precision, and elevated patient experience as much as clinical excellence. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, precision-driven periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy Perform thorough periodontal charting, risk assessments, and diagnostic documentation with exceptional accuracy Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and maintenance tailored to cosmetic and restorative outcomes Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support complex cosmetic and restorative treatment plans Maintain the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and clinical protocol Provide an elevated, discreet, and personalized patient experience reflective of a luxury practice Utilize advanced technology and digital systems for charting, imaging, and patient communication Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California Minimum 3–5 years of clinical hygiene experience , preferably in a high-end or cosmetic dental practice Exceptional clinical skills with strong attention to detail and efficiency Polished chairside manner with confidence, warmth, and discretion Strong communication skills and ability to connect with sophisticated, high-expectation patients Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand Experience with digital charting and modern dental technologies preferred What Sets You Apart Passion for excellence and continuous improvement Appreciation for aesthetics, precision dentistry, and elevated standards of care Calm, composed presence in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to clinical integrity and patient trust Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Work Location: In person
