Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Vista, CA Reports To: Lead Dentist & Office Manager Work Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: $58–$65/hour Responsibilities: Support and align with the clinical philosophies of our practice Implement practice policies, procedures, and protocols Follow state and federal regulations Serve as the lead educator on periodontal health and prevention Diagnose oral health conditions using AI, intraoral photos, and radiographs Provide periodontal therapy and preventive care Educate patients on the connection between oral and systemic health Maintain accurate, detailed patient records Contribute to achieving daily production goals Qualifications: Current RDH License in California 1–2 years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome Certified to administer local anesthesia Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Dental Intelligence is a plus Why Join Vista Family Dental?
