Overview Brea Family Dental Center, A PPO (Preferred Provider Organization). We are looking for a motivated and skilled Endodontist. Working 1 day per month. We are a well-established and patient-oriented private general practice located in Brea, Orange County. We use the latest in cutting edge technology, digital intraoral and extraoral imaging per operatory, and cone beam CT imaging to help treat the most complex cases. Our referral base is within office, and through Loma Linda and Long Beach Veterans. We are a well-established office providing exceptional care to our community. Our providers deliver the highest standard of professional care. Duties Perform comprehensive endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomy surgeries with precision and aseptic technique Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing dental terminology and medical imaging to diagnose endodontic issues accurately Collaborate with general dentists to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to each patientâs needs Maintain detailed documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Ensure infection control standards are upheld through proper sterilization, dental fabrication, and adherence to aseptic techniques Utilize dental office software such as Dentrix for scheduling, record-keeping, and treatment documentation Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and post-procedure care to foster understanding and comfort Experience Proven experience in endodontics with a strong foundation in root canal therapy and related procedures Familiarity with dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to endodontic treatments Prior dental office or clinic experience demonstrating proficiency in four-handed dentistry and infection control practices Knowledge of dental imaging techniques and the use of digital radiography for accurate diagnosis Experience working with electronic health records systems such as Dentrix is highly desirable Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and empathy Join us in providing outstanding endodontic care that transforms smiles!
