Associate General Dentist - Luma Dental Health - Petaluma, CA

Hello! We are a growing family dental practice in Petaluma, CA looking for a dentist to join our team. Initially, we can offer two days per week including Fridays. Our goal is to transition you to a full-time role as quickly as we can support it. Our care philosophy is focused on strong patient relationships and team collaboration. Many of our patients have been with our practice many decades longer than we have! We also enjoy utilizing modern technology including digital handheld x-ray systems, CEREC CAD/CAM crown fabrication, iTero digital impression scans, and Invisalign. In the coming years, our goal is to build and/or relocate to a larger office to support our growth. Our owner dentist plans to integrate sleep apnea, airway, TMD and occlusion into our care model, leaving more general dentistry available for team members. Pay will be based on a percentage of collections; we are open to a daily minimum rate during the initial phase.
