Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to patient visits. Assist with medical billing processes as needed, ensuring timely submission of claims. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth office operations. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the patient experience. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and documentation review processes is essential. Proficiency in office management systems, including Dentrix, is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
