Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, highly detail-oriented, and eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced practice. This role will focus on providing preventive dental care, educating patients, and assisting the dentist in delivering an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including oral exams, periodontal charting, and risk assessments. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and overall oral health. Assist the dentist with procedures as needed, including restorative and cosmetic treatments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols. Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience. Qualifications: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania. CPR certification required. Excellent communication and patient education skills.
