Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Practice infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of sterilization Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care efficiency Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies Maintain detailed medical records using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar systems Skills Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Strong experience with dental office software including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or equivalent platforms Expertise in pediatric dentistry, including pediatric patient assessment and treatment delivery Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization techniques aligned with OSHA guidelines Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations while demonstrating compassion and professionalism Familiarity with medical terminology and medical imaging techniques relevant to dental practice Experience working in a busy dental clinic environment with a focus on patient care excellence Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to transforming smiles through expert care!
