Patient Treatment Coordinator (PTC) – Strong Dental Closer Wanted We’re looking for a true PTC closer — not a front desk coordinator. If you have strong dental clinical experience and love guiding patients through treatment decisions with confidence and clarity, this role is for you. This is a full-time, patient-facing role for someone who understands dentistry, communicates value, and helps patients confidently move forward with care. REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ): Dental clinical experience required (chairside, assisting, treatment planning, implants/restorative preferred) Proven ability to present treatment and discuss costs Comfortable guiding patients through decisions and financing Confident, professional, and patient-centered Strong communication and follow-up skills If you do not have dental clinical experience, this role will not be a fit. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Present comprehensive treatment plans / Take x-rays / intraoral photos Educate patients on options, timelines, and outcomes Guide patients through financial discussions / provide financing solutions Coordinate next steps and scheduling Track consult outcomes and case acceptance Partner closely with doctors and clinical team Attend coaching and training meetings POSITION DETAILS: Full-Time Growth-oriented general dental practice and Implant Oral Surgery practice Competitive pay + performance commission!
