Duties Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics treatments Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly using infection control and aseptic techniques Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays and medical imaging, including 3D scans when necessary Support patients by taking vital signs, explaining procedures, and addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow and patient comfort Skills Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend dental software platforms Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques Experience with X-ray procedures, medical imaging, and operating a 3D scanner for advanced diagnostics Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety Excellent communication skills to serve as a dental receptionist when needed and explain procedures clearly to patients Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a difference!
