Who Weâre Looking For Our ideal Lead Assistant is someone who: Communicates confidently with patients and teammates Has strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills during procedures Takes initiative and leads by example in the clinical setting Enjoys mentoring and supporting other assistants Is eager to continue learning and growing in advanced dentistry What Youâll Do As a Lead Dental Assistant , youâll be a vital part of ensuring exceptional clinical flow and patient experience.
