Job Description Brickyard Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-focused dental practice. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance) Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including periodontal charting Take and interpret dental radiographs as prescribed Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Assist in identifying conditions requiring further treatment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to all OSHA, infection control, and state regulatory standards Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure exceptional patient care Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of South Carolina CPR/BLS certification and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Schedule Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Above-average pay Free dental care for employee (lab fees not included) Paid continuing education (CE) training Annual scrub allowance 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 1 year Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Why Join Brickyard Dental Group?
