What you will be doing: Actively assisting our dentist chair-side with room preparation, procedures, and documentation Taking quality radiographs/x-rays as determined by our dentist Educating our patients regarding their treatment plans and how to maintain their oral health Ensuring we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations Assisting, as needed, other clinical team members Our ideal candidates have: 1-2 year minimum of Dental Assisting experience A Radiography/X-Ray certification for Ohio Strong work ethic and desire to learn Strong interpersonal and communication skills Natural organizational skills Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things A team-oriented mindset A naturally happy personality A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy" Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
