Our modern, patient-centered dental office in Miami Beach is seeking a motivated, confident, and sales-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and clarity Drive case acceptance through patient education and trust-building Discuss financial options and collect co-pays/payments Verify dental insurance ( PPO & Fee-for-Service only â no HMOs ) Check patients in, obtain consent forms, and prepare charts Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments Follow up with patients after procedures and on unscheduled treatment Answer phones and manage patient communication professionally Use dental software and credit card processing systems Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office Support patients throughout their entire dental experience Schedule Monday â Friday | 8:30 AM â 5:30 PM Requirements Minimum 1 year dental front office experience (REQUIRED) Strong treatment coordination and dental sales skills Dental insurance verification experience English required (speaking & writing); Spanish preferred Familiarity with Open Dental is a PLUS Background check and references required Experience Preferred Dental Front Desk: 1 year Customer Service: 1 year Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
