Position Summary The Business Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the practice by delivering an outstanding patient experience from check-in through check-out. This role is critical to practice efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Primary Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Manage patient check-out, collect payments, and review financial arrangements Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions Answer incoming calls and manage patient communications Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support the clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Dental front office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable with dental software and basic financial transactions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based incentives Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities Supportive leadership and team culture Long-term growth potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 â 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Please describe your dental front office experience, including the types of practices youâve worked in and your primary responsibilities.
