The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and proficiency with dental and electronic health record systems. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times. Manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft. Verify insurance, Medicaid and Medicare Handle insurance claims processing Maintain accurate and organized dental records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation review standards. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently while demonstrating proper phone etiquette. Correspondence with specialist offices via call or email Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean front desk environment. Skills Proficiency in Dentrix and Dental Intelligence Strong knowledge of dental terminology Experience with insurance verification processes and Medicaid/Medicare Great computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Exceptional patient service skills with a professional demeanor and effective phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
