We are looking for a Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for patients in our office. This role focuses on in-person patient interaction, treatment plan presentation, patient consents, and checkout/payment processing. We will provide all the necessary training for the job. Team Expectations: Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in experience Verify patient details and appointment information Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Explain procedures, estimated costs, and payment options Send treatment consents digitally and track patient completion Collect patient payments (cash, card, financing if applicable) Process patient checkout and schedule follow-up appointments if needed Coordinate with clinical and billing teams for smooth patient flow Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the PMS Benefit Conditions: Only full-time employees eligible Working days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Typical end time: 6PM Typical start time: 9AM Work Remotely No Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Experience: Dental office: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
