Dental Float / Front Office – Full Time | No Weekends No Dental Experience Required – We Will Train Advanced Dental Design PC – Ada, OK Advanced Dental Design PC is seeking a Dental Float / Front Office team member to join our practice. This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday–Thursday schedule and no weekends. No dental experience is required. We will train the right person . This is an entry-level role with training provided for clinical support and chairside assisting as needed, along with front office support. Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply. Duties and pay will be aligned with experience. Advanced Dental Design PC has proudly served the Ada community since 2005 and is entering an exciting growth phase, including a move into a new, state-of-the-art 9-operatory dental facility in the coming months. We provide family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, emergency care, and same-day crowns, and we are expanding into Cosmetic, Aesthetic, and Regenerative Medicine, while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience and professionalism. Position Overview The Dental Float / Front Office role supports both the clinical team and the front office , depending on the needs of the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays engaged throughout the day, and is comfortable moving between clinical and patient-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities Clinical Support / Chairside Assist (Training Provided) Assist with operatory setup, breakdown, and room turnover Learn sterilization and infection control procedures Support patient flow and chairside assisting as needed Maintain clean, organized clinical areas Front Office / Reception Support Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling Support patient check-in, check-out, and forms Collect and process payments accurately Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception area Specialized Clinical Exposure (Training Provided) As our practice continues to grow, this role may gain exposure to advanced services including: Same-day crown workflows and digital processes Regenerative dentistry (PRF): clinical preparation and support Facial aesthetic services: patient preparation, photography, setup, and post-procedure care Qualifications No dental experience required – training provided Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a busy, patient-focused environment Comfortable using computers and learning new digital systems and dental technology Customer service experience in hospitality, high-end retail, banking, or salon/spa environments is highly valued.
