We are looking for an energetic and professional Dental Assistant to join our growing team and help us provide top-tier care to the Austin community. The Role As an RDA at Cloud Dental, you are the heart of the patient experience. Youâll be working in a fast-paced, modern environment where variety is the norm. One hour you might be assisting with a pediatric cleaning, and the next, helping Dr. Samani with a restorative crown or a dental implant consultation. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Assisting: Provide chairside assistance for a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and basic oral surgery. Patient Connection: Welcome patients and make them feel at ease, explaining procedures clearly and answering questions with a friendly, professional demeanor. Digital Excellence: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans (Itero/CBCT experience is a plus). Practice Flow: Manage room turnover, sterilization, and supply tracking to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Lab Work: Coordinate with dental labs and manage temporary crown fabrication. What Weâre Looking For A People Person: You genuinely enjoy interacting with patients of all ages, from kids to seniors. Technical Skill: Solid experience as an RDA with a strong grasp of general dental clinical protocols. Team Player: Youâre always willing to jump in and help a teammate to ensure the best patient care. Requirements Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience with Dentrix/Open Dental or similar practice management software is preferred. Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification is a plus.
