We are a privately owned endodontic practice in Cherokee County GA, looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, family-style team! This role is essential to creating a great first impression and ensuring smooth communication within the office. You'll be the welcoming voice and face of our practice—helping patients schedule appointments, answering questions, and making sure every visit runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails using our office systems Schedule patient consultations and treatment appointments Verify insurance coverage, determine copays, and confirm appointments Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner Keep the waiting room, patient bathroom, and front desk area clean and organized What We're Looking For: Dental or endodontic front office experience preferred Strong phone skills and familiarity with dental insurance are a plus Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and Windows Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent organizational skills Willingness to learn—we’re happy to train motivated, sharp candidates!
