Now Hiring: Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Garland, TX | Full-Time $24–$27 per hour (DOE) We are a growing dental practice seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to excellent patient care. Requirements: Active RDA license Bilingual: Spanish & English Previous Lead or senior RDA experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills Responsibilities: Assist Doctor with general and surgical procedures Take digital X-rays and perform intraoral scanning Fabricate temporary crowns Set up and break down operatories Oversee sterilization and infection control Support and guide assisting team Encourage patient reviews and positive feedback Help support practice growth Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPPA regulations Manage and update dental x-ray maintenance and compliance logs Support office emergency preparedness If you are a motivated Lead RDA looking for a stable, full-time position in a professional and growing office, we encourage you to apply.
