Dental Hygienist â Roles & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, SRP as needed) Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Take and review dental radiographs (digital X-rays) Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and preventive dentistry Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride, sealants, and desensitizing agents Accurately document patient findings, treatment provided, and recommendations in dental software Collaborate closely with the dentist to support diagnosis and treatment planning Build trust and long-term relationships with patients in a family-oriented environment Maintain a clean, organized operatory and follow infection control and sterilization protocols Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations Assist with scheduling hygiene re-care and reinforcing treatment plans Contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture and excellent patient experience What Weâre Looking For: Previous 2 years experience as a Dental Hygienist with excellent chairside manner and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Leadership experience in growing a team and a dental practice Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping patients and creating an extraordinary experience A team player whoâs committed to professional growth and improving office systems Dependable, on-time, and ready to bring your A-game to our high-energy team every day Strong communication skills for both patients and team members Why Join us?
