EXAMPLE OF DUTIES As a Dental Assistant with the Department of Corrections, you will collaborate with skilled dentists to deliver essential dental care, in a compassionate and professional manner, to those who are incarcerated at SCI Phoenix. Within this role, you will assist the dentist during the examination and treatment of patients, schedule appointments and maintain call lists, and ensure logistics and schedules are well maintained throughout the business day. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $37,594.00 (before taxes).
