Job Description: As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing the treatment room, assisting with dental exams, taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and helping manage patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist with restorative, preventive, and diagnostic dental procedures. Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they are comfortable and informed. Take high-quality dental X-rays, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment. Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Provide post-treatment care instructions and oral hygiene education to patients. Help maintain a clean and organized dental office environment. Manage office inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for daily operations. Assist with scheduling patient appointments and coordinating treatment plans. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in the dentistry field. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
