Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice for Friday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients in a supportive and professional environment. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Conduct routine examinations and cleanings, as well as advanced procedures such as oral surgery and dental extractions. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical terminology and dental terminology. Provide education to patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental clinic. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental terminology, and patient assessment techniques. Experience in oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and medical imaging is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
